2) Buy some full page waterproof Avery 6575 labels

3) Print the PDF using a color laser printer like the Minolta 2300. (Or print on your Inkjet and bring it to a copy store to transfer onto the Labels; Inkjet won't stand up to the weather.

4) Cut into 4 sections with a scissor, trimmer, or razor. Go into production with a Martin Yale 7000e.

5) Assemble onto your car's bumper one at a time, using masking tape to align edges.

6) Make extras for your friends!
