We need more on models of the costs of continued conflict on the Israel and Palestine economy, in terms of tourism, business confidence, future value of human capital lost, etc, versus a model for peaceful coexistence. It should be international non-denominational publically traded stock so the world can share ownership. Maybe buy some and use rental monopoly to acquire rest over 50 years?
